Heidi Klum marked the 25th anniversary of her New York City Halloween party by arriving in a truck wrapped in red “danger” signs, escorted by actors in yellow hazmat suits.

Her costume—a giant severed hand—featured a bloody wrist, her own head positioned at the palm’s center, and fingers fitted with rings and a fresh manicure. Klum told reporters on the red carpet that the hand was an intricate recreation of my own hand.

In the weeks leading up to the party, Klum teased the transformation on Instagram, inviting followers to guess her look. She works with special‑effects makeup designer Mike Marino, an Emmy winner for his work on The Penguin. Marino later called this year’s hand “one of the most elaborate costumes ever made” and noted its technical difficulty.

Klum had earlier promised People that the ensemble would be “very, very bloody” and would go very well with red wine. To complement the theme, she partnered with Apothic Wines on a limited‑edition Apothic × Heidi Klum Type ‘A’ Blood Bag collectible, modeled after the blood‑bag décor served at the party.

The party continues a tradition of over‑the‑top costumes from Klum, who has previously embodied Medusa, E.T., a peacock, Fiona from Shrek, Jessica Rabbit and a worm.
