Vietnam’s Power 6/55 Jackpot Near 200 billion đồng Sparks Massive Interest
A Power 6/55 ticket has just won a jackpot of over 199.9 billion đồng, sending the lottery community into a frenzy.
Jackpot Announcement Shakes the Nation
According to VnExpress, Vietlott announced that a customer won the highest prize in the Power 6/55 game, valued at over 199.9 billion đồng. The winning ticket bore the numbers 06‑07‑18‑41‑44‑50. After personal income tax, the winner can expect to receive roughly 180 billion đồng.
What the Numbers Mean for Vietlott
The jackpot had been accumulating for more than two months before the win. Vietlott, a state‑owned enterprise under the Ministry of Finance, will reset the Power 6/55 jackpot to 30 billion đồng now that the top prize has been claimed. This follows a previous record jackpot of nearly 345 billion đồng paid out in July 2025.
Other Prize Tiers and Winners
In the same draw, Vietlott reported 24 winners of the first prize (40 million đồng each), 1,818 winners of the second prize (500,000 đồng each), and more than 43,700 winners of the third prize (50,000 đồng each). No one claimed the second‑tier jackpot of over 4.2 billion đồng this round.
Regional Lottery Results Keep Fans Engaged
Websites like Congthuong.vn continue to publish daily results for regional draws, such as the Đắk Lắk lottery (XSDLK) and the broader Central Vietnam lottery (XSMT). These pages list results for specific dates, for example 27 October, 13 October, and 3 November, allowing players to verify their tickets quickly.
Southern Province Draws Remain Routine
Báo Sức khỏe & Đời sống and VTC News provide up‑to‑date results for the Southern Vietnam lottery (XSMN). Draws occur daily at 16:30, and the results are posted in full, from the eighth prize up to the special prize. Winners must keep their tickets intact and claim prizes within 30 days, presenting valid ID documents.
Procedures for Claiming Large Prizes
For substantial winnings, the winner is advised to visit the issuing lottery company directly for verification and guidance. The process requires the original ticket, a valid identification card or passport, and, if necessary, a legal representative with proper documentation.
Why Everyone Is Talking About “xổ số” Right Now
The combination of a near‑200 billion đồng jackpot and the routine posting of regional results has driven a noticeable spike in online searches for “xổ số.” People are checking the latest numbers, learning how to claim prizes, and following the story of the latest big winner.
Looking Ahead
Vietlott aims to exceed 10,000 billion đồng in revenue this year, targeting an average daily sales volume of about 30 billion đồng, which is nine times the level a decade ago. The recent jackpot win underscores the scale of the market and the public’s continued enthusiasm for lottery games.
